Oler Oladele is a personal finance educator and the founder of OlerOladele.com, a financial wellness company. With over 15 years of industry experience, Oler evolved from being a Treasury Naira Dealer at Kakawa Discount House to an executive manager at Parthian Partners Limited, pioneering transformative initiatives before venturing into entrepreneurship.
She is the founder of The Money Wit Club, an exclusive investment community, and the Executive Producer and co-host of The Money Wit Show, a personal finance education podcast and radio program.
An Accountant and active member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society, Nigeria, Oler was a participant in the Cambridge University Rising Women Leaders program and an alumna of the Oxford Executive Leadership Program. Her remarkable achievements have garnered global media attention, with features on the covers of Her Network and Guardian Woman.
She is an IFC – LPI Certified trainer with core expertise in investment strategy, personal financial planning, financial literacy, financial markets and instruments, economic analysis and media as a tool for financial education. She has facilitated finance training for numerous individuals and partnered with esteemed organizations including CitiBank, and StanbicIBTC, The Covenant Nation, amongst others, leaving an indelible mark on the financial landscape.
She is on the faculty of Tekedia Mini MBA and Joseph Business School Lagos and a member of adjunct faculty of John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA), Edo State.
In 2021, her contributions were celebrated by 9to5 Chick, recognizing her as one of the Top 100 Career Women in Nigeria.
